Nxtedge Studio is the trading name of Nxtedge Digital Solutions, a digital solutions studio. We build websites, web and mobile applications and business systems, and set up the infrastructure they run on. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Nxtedge” refer to that business.

Information you send us. When you contact us, ask about a project or request a free website redesign, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, your website address and details of what you want to build. If you enter a website address on the free redesign form, we visit that public page to read its title, description and icon, and a screenshot service captures an image of it, so you can confirm it is your site. We keep your answer with your request.

Free tools. The PDF tools run in your browser, so your files are not uploaded to us. The website tools send the address you enter to our server, which reads that public page to show you the result. We do not keep the address or the result. The website screenshot tool uses a screenshot service (Microlink) to capture the page.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. We use this to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site.

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Sanity, the content management system that serves some of our site content and images.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used on the site.
• KookiOk, which shows the cookie banner and records your consent choices.
• Microlink, which captures a screenshot of the website address you enter on the free redesign form.

If we add analytics or advertising services, they will only run after you consent and will be listed in the cookie preferences panel.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it in a particular way. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time using Consent Preferences in the footer. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
