AULT

AULT is a concierge gold-ownership service registered in the UK and Nigeria. We built its public website, which explains how members buy, spend, lease and borrow against allocated gold, and takes invitation requests from prospective members.

Client names and results are shared once each client approves public use.

The challenge

AULT needed a website that could explain an unfamiliar product: gold held in London vaults that can be spent by card, leased for income or used as collateral for credit. It also had to show prospective members who safeguards their assets and give them a clear way to request an invitation. The service is referral-only, so the site had to feel exclusive and still turn interest into leads.

What we did

We designed and built a brand website around AULT’s invitation-led membership process. It combines a homepage that walks through the service step by step, a partners section covering the trustee and card-issuing bank, an invitation request form, a full FAQ library, and a separate page for World Elite Mastercard holders.

What we built

  • Brand website. One homepage takes visitors through what AULT does, how onboarding works and what membership includes.

  • Invitation requests. Prospects send their contact details, interests, location and whether they already own gold, and the enquiry goes straight to the AULT team.

  • Location search. Applicants start typing a city and pick from suggestions, so locations arrive in a consistent format.

  • FAQ library. 24 answers in eight topics, covering fees, storage, leasing, credit and account closure, so prospects can get answers before they speak to the team.

  • Cardholder page. World Elite Mastercard holders get a page with a link to the full benefits brochure, and the page shows its own preview when shared.

  • Mobile layouts. On phones, feature, service and onboarding content turns into swipeable cards.
